Taco Casserole
I got this recipe from my Moms sister, Terry a few years ago. We love it and its always a popular item to take to potlucks!!
1med. bag totilla chips-crushed
1lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green enchilada sauce
1 can diced green chillis
1.5lb hamburger
1small onion-diced
Brown meat-add onion, soups, sauce, and chillis. Mix well.
In a cake pan put 1/3 of chips on bottom,then half the meat mix, then half the cheese.Repeat, then put chips and extra cheese on top
Bake at 400 for about 20min.

I just made this tonight. It is very yummy. I added black olives on my half for the girls and myself and we enjoyed it.
