Caramelized Garlic Chicken

Prep Time: 25 min.

2 tsp. Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 tsp. Brown Sugar
4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast halves

1. Heat oven to 500 deg. F. Line shallow roasting pan with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Heat oil in small nonstick skillet over medium -low heat until hot. Add garlic; cook 1 to 2 min. or until garlic begins to soften. Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar until well mixed.
3. Place chicken breast halves in sprayed foil-lined pan; spread garlic mixture evenly over chicken.
4. Bake at 500 deg. F. for 10 to 15 min or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clean

I made this for dinner tonight. We both thought it was great. The garlic and brown sugar was such a nice blend.
