I didn't measure anything but the ingreedients are:
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce (just a little)
A1
Oregano
Garlic
Salt and Pepper
I kept the steaks in marinade for 2 days and then cooked them in the broiler on low for an hour and they turned out great!! Cooks.com has a ton of recipes, but I used a combination since I didn't see one I loved. Hope that helps for the hunters wives. =)
