Steph's Cheeseburger Creation!

This is just my own little creation but we all love it in our house!

Makes about 4 large burger, 6 regular size burgers or 12 sliders

1 lb. of Ground Beef (or slightly over that)
1 Green Onion
1 Small Onion (I like White ones)
1 Egg (whisk to break up before adding)
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tbsp. Original Mrs. Dash
2 Tpsp. A1 Sauce
1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 to 3/4 (your pref.) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (or your favorite cheese)
Sliced American Cheese

For the Green Onion and White Onion you have to chop them really small, combined it is about a 1/4 cup of onion (or more if you like)

So just put everything except the sliced cheese in a bowl and mix it together with your hands, form you patties to the size of your choice (we make large ones because we eat them without hamburger buns) let them rest for about 10 minutes to let the flavors kind of come together.

Then grill them how ever you prefer in the winter I make them either on the stove top or on the George Forman Grill.

Once they are done then add the sliced cheese on top, let it melt then you are ready to eat.

Best thing with this is have fun with it if you like spicy flavors add some Cayenne Pepper or Crushed Red Peppers, or instead of A1 use Hot Sauce. I have also put Cajun seasoning in there instead of the Mrs. Dash. Just keep playing with it until you love it. :)

Forgot to add that these are estimated measurements for the seasonings because I eye ball this recipe. But like I said just have fun with it. By the way the egg, olive oil and cheese help keep the burgers moist!
